• Third-party software and licensed products remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

Payment terms are governed by your proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Removal of hosted content
• Additional fees where permitted by law
• Cancellation of ongoing services

Certain services are provided on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscriptions remain active until cancelled in accordance with your service agreement.

Fees already billed for services rendered are generally non-refundable.

While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Downtime may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Hosting providers
• Third-party services
• Internet outages
• Circumstances beyond our control

Marketing results vary significantly based on many factors outside our control.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee:

• Advertising performance
• Lead volume
• Sales growth
• Revenue increases
• Return on investment

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 281 Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 281 Marketing, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Content you provide
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your breach of these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion for reasons including:

• Non-payment
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Illegal activity
• Violation of these Terms

Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.
